2010

2010 is gonna be my year! haha...

2010 for me started with a blast. and i can only hope the same for my friends...
it started with 2 family dinners in Shah Alam, which ended somewhere around 10pm. then, syazwan, adam, nabila n myself decided to drive to curve for the fireworks. our location was so strategic that we were able to see three fireworks from different companies; one utama, cineleisure damansara and the curve. ouh and some very small firework i have no idea where. but... to make things short, ONE UTAMA won the firework battle. and adam loved the display too so YAY. we obviously went back to SLEEP. haih, old people...

the next day we lazed around... and we decided to go to Pavillion after friday prayer's. i entered the shopping mall with a shoe in mind, but left with... well, two other things. my crazy day started with seeing the word SALE associated with Furla. the first thing Awan picked up with a suede tan bag, which was at 40% off. gorgeousness. however, being someone who hasn't been buying designer bags for while, i was a bit skeptical when asking about the price.
turns out, it was much cheaper than i imagined. before buying, i remembered cole haan was also on sale. btw, ive decided to not go to obviously expensive stores, ie. gucci, lv, prada as 1. it's too popular. the bag on every woman's arm in pavillion are either gucci, lv or coach. and 2ndly, it's just wat it is, OBVIOUSLY EXPENSIVE. wanting to be smart, i told the salesperson to reserve the bag for half an hour as i wanted to check out cole haan.
see what happened was the salesperson from Furla followed me and told me that someone desperately wants that bag. MY BAG. Hello!!! Instinct fought with my brain for a good one minute. and i thought, well, if i was gonna reinvent myself. this was the time, i am never going to let SOMEONE buy MY BAG. so.... ta-da! here's my new year's resolution:
1. to reinvent myself... to revamp the new and improved mummy adam... the only setback with this is that i need more cash... this will lead to resolution no. 2. but, before that, i'm gonna share all the things i bought this new year.

haha, now let's go back to my other resolutions...
2. to get more money, get registered.
the only way for me to get this is to get my registration to LJBM. and then, get a promotion. im really eyeing this one cause if my husband really wants to work abroad, i can't leave until i have myself registered with the professional body.

3. to lose weight.
well, isn't this the resolution every woman has in mind?
